The meals themselves were good, but the pickup process was a bit more inconvenient than I thought it would be. The available pickup times were really limited, so I ended up rushing over after work, and finding parking just made it more annoying. I expected it to be a quick and easy stop, but it felt kind of stressful. It would be much better if they offered more flexible pickup windows.

I reached out to customer service with a question about my delivery, and to be fair, they were polite when they finally got back to me. It just took longer than I expected, and I did have to follow up once before getting a clear answer. Not a bad experience, but I think they could be a little faster and more upfront with updates.

I was trying to find something vegan to order, but there were barely any options. I kind of felt pressured to just pick something quickly, and after looking for a while, I ended up giving up on ordering altogether.

Some of the meals were actually good, but others were so bland I started questioning if my taste buds had packed up and left. The containers feel sturdy and they stack nicely in the fridge. One lid was kind of annoying to open—well, not annoying exactly, just a little stiff, but it wasn’t a big deal. Overall, the packaging did what it needed to do.
